As Vansutra deals in bulk export of perishable agricultural products, all sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and processed.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under the following conditions:

• Product damage during transit

• Incorrect product delivered

• Quality issues verified at the time of delivery

Any refund or claim request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the shipment along with proper photographic evidence.
